The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the price was reasonable.
There was no fridge in a luxury king room. I found that to be strange.

i enjoyed my stay your staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The hallways were never noisy which I really enjoyed because I had the opportunity to relax.
I could have used more face towels and drying towels.l

I like the fact that you try and be a nice place to stay. The staff is very professional and the gift shop has everything you could possibly need. The food was really good. Good coffee. Thanks and I will use your services again. The last time I stayed was for a meeting and you left chocolate dipped strawberries in our room. I treated my niece to a night on the town and was hoping you would do that again, but that did not happen. Is this something you need to request?
Our toilet ran all night. I think the $10 internet fee is silly.

amazing park views just a stroll away from great landmarks
I loved the easy stroll to Centennial Lakes Park, where the beautiful scenery was perfect for walking and relaxing, and the hotel's location, a great spot for some laid-back dining after our adventures. The hotel itself offered a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring city sights as a solo traveler.

Great stay with friendly vibes
Had a blast! The location is super convenient, just a quick ride from the airport. Check-in was easy, and the staff were all super friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy, too. Our family loved chillin' at the bar/lounge area, nice place to unwind! Just wish the walls weren't so thin. Could hear some noise from the hallway.

We greatly enjoyed spotless and updated rooms and high quality food.
We had a such great stay, the hotel was gorgeous, clean, with magnificent location to an outdoor event. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a great view. The coffee bar was nice and the staff were exceptional and consistently courteous.

Elegant environment and quiet room. Chez Collette for breakfast
I would prefer sheets on the bed to having the comforter. I was rather heavy and became too warm. Thank you.

Very nice accomodations
Some staff were very cold and aloof, others o.k. Only one friendly one. I prefer to stay somewhere like the WEstin which is also high end but has a pool and VERY friendly staff

We have stayed at the Sofitel on numerous occasions but this was the first time with our infant son. Hotel staff was wonderful, we had a crib waiting in our room (which was great as we arrived late and after a long airport delay - so we just wanted to get to our room and crash) and they alway brought us hot water for warming up bottles and making cereal quickly and with a smile.

Location. Bed was extremely comfortable!
No coffee/hot water maker in the room. Room is not soundproof. Outside room on freeway side had freeway noise all night long. Could hear noise from room next door as well as noise from the hallway. Public restroom was not kept clean nor stocked with supplies (no toilet paper). - not good when everyone is at the cafe for Sunday morning breakfast/brunch. Hotel is starting to show wear and tear - "tired looking", not living up to it's previous reputation of being a truly luxury hotel. Restaurant breakfast menu was not as complete with choices as it had been for years.

The Sheraton was great with its clean, comfortable room with a large king bed and crisp linens. The mini fridge and coffee setup were convenient, and the complimentary water was a nice touch. Room service was reasonably priced, and the restaurant offered delicious meals without an upcharge.
Check-in took longer due to a phone call being answered.
